On the outside, people couldn't see how much she wanted to make herself bleed across her carpet. They couldn't see the stains of her tears on her sleeves or the mascara streaks down her cheeks when she was alone. She carved lines into her skin, marking all the times she's felt alone, depressed, anguished, wronged, or helpless and cried into the blood until they ran purple.

Cassandra-81 C81 had a name once. It started with the letter A, she thought, or maybe it ended with an A. She didn’t know anymore; it was the first thing they took when she arrived at the Troy Institute. It had bothered her for the first few weeks, but the more she tried to remember, the more she seemed to forget. When she brought the issue up to the doctors, they repeated what they had been saying all along, that she could not be healed as who she was. PorcelainDiane’s hand crashed hard into the porcelain as her knees hit the ground in front of her perfectly white toilet. She had over done it, she realised. She retched again and vomited into the bowl trying not to let the acrid smell fill her lungs because that smell often made her vomit again. Well, it's not the one I wanted you to read... BUT the notes for the story, which I haven't posted yet because I'm no where close to finishing it (and hope that I will), are in the journal on my profile page. At least I can thank you for reading this one. I enjoyed actually finishing it :aww:

basically in my imagination they look like a cross between Warriors and the Lion King o-o...

Hmmm... now that I think about, it is a little like Warriors... and TLK only just because the characters are lions. But it'll be less like Warriors as the story continues since that's not what I was aiming for :aww:
